Cool Ride To School
with Heart Radio
Heart Radio have asked us to work in partnership with them to give you a Cool Ride to School so if you're 11 or under, get your name down!
Every Wednesday and Friday, the Heart Angels will make a Cool Ride To School...the crew will pick up the lucky pupil from outside your home and take you to the school gates, making you the envy of all your mates!
All your mates will hear on Heart Radio that you're the lucky Cool Rider of the day. You will receive a Heart goodie bag and an exciting free day out for you and your friend at Woodlands Family Theme Park at a time of your choice. To apply click here.
Torbay Holiday Helpers Network
The Torbay Holiday Helpers Network is a network of hotels, tourist attractions and businesses all committed to helping give away free holidays and experiences to families who have terminally ill, seriously ill and recently lost children in conjunction with the National Alliance of Childhood Cancer Parent Organisations.
The network is currently very young and still growing everyday with new members joining on a regular basis; our aim is to give as many holidays and experiences away to these families as possible.
Can your business help? Even if you offer just one holiday, meal, day out or excursion you are helping a very worthy cause and in the event that this may be one of the last breaks a family will ever have together (for some families) then you are helping them store up some very precious memories for dark times ahead. Woodlands pulling together with Dartmouth Young Farmers Club Tug of War Team
We are pleased to be able to help our local YFC team to purchase the special padded shirts they need for the Tug of War events. They are doing very well so far, placed 2nd at Kingsbridge Show on 5th Sept. and 2nd at the YFC Field Day, Plympton on 12th Sept. Well done lads, pictures coming soon.
